Hi,
Unfortunately, as far as I know, you need to uncheck the require option of the product, If you don't want to ask the credit card information.
Otherwise, it will ask credit card information to your customers.
If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.

Hello-
This question is specifically about *subscription* payments where you don't have product details. To test this, setup a Stripe subscription, then setup a stripe coupon for 100% off. You will find that when the coupon is applied, the checkout price goes to 0, but a credit card is still required. Is there any way around this?

If I understood you correctly you want to know if it is possible to hide/skip credit card details if coupon code is 100% when using Stripe.
Unfortunately that is not possible to achieve. Possible workaround would be to use regular text box field as your coupon box and then if coupon code is entered use conditional logic to hide payment field. Only apply the coupon codes using text box field for those coupon with 100% discount.
Here is my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/53294677291971?
Coupon code is 123.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
