my form keeps saying disabled,. i only have one other form saving

    Also i went in my forms and the only one i have used is saying the same thing. Form Disabled

    This is due to auto-suspension on your account considering the form as a phishing form. I've removed the guilty fields on your JotForm and activated your account. You should be now able to access the forms without any issue.
