Missing options in condition field

Hello Support !

I want to display different prices depending on order quantities, ie. 

1-5 pcs. = 100, 6-9 = 95, 10-24 = 90, 25-49 = 85, ...

Checking the support forum I was happy to find under the title ´Implement conditional calculations´ a solution.

I imported the sample form  http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40919098953973? and started to build my own form with this information.

Unfortunately for my new created form, the pull down, does not include the option ´less than´ (Kleiner als) and ´more than´ (Größer als) as it is shown with the imported form.

the upper screenshot shows the pulldown with the imported form

the lower screenshot shows the same pulldown with my form, where those two criterias are missing.

Can you tell me what is wrong ?

We can not see the screenshots on your thread for some reason Erwin.

You can check following thread to see how to add screenshots/images to questions in support forum.

Based on what you have mentioned however the reason why you are not seeing greater than and less than options is because these are only shown on numeric fields and form calculations, while they are not available on the plain textbox.

Looking at the form above however it seems that my colleague did not use greater than and less than conditions, but had instead used several checks if the value is equal or not equal to specific values.

If you do have any issues setting up some form, do let us know what is the form and what you would like to set up exactly and we would be happy to assist with the same.

Do however let us know what is the form and let us know what you would like to set it up as and we can inspect it to see what options you are missing, or what to do to see the same.

As mentioned above, they should only be shown to you on Form Calculation and Number fields.
