Form builder not working on IE11?

    I am having the same issue. The Formbuilder and accessing my forms are completely non-functional.

    Could you please provide us more details of the problem?

    I opened my regular account in IE11 and made a test form, accessed it and click the submit button. Here's a screecast:

    May we also know what you meant by forms non-functional is that they are not working? Are they embedded on a website?

    It's also possible that you have a plugin or extension in your IE browser that blocks our scripts, something like an Ad blocker or security application. If that's the case, you might need to whitelist us or unblock us on the list.

    Good afternoon,
    I have pasted how Jotform.com looks in my web browser. I have disabled all popup blockers and lowered my security settings to no avail. This is the first time I am having this issue using the site.

    Unfortunately, if you have attached the image and replied to this thread via your email client, it won't go through.

    Thanks for your assistance and getting back to me. Magically it is working again…don’t have any great insight into why.

    I'm glad it's already working in your end, possible a hiccup on the server or on the browser.

    However, if the problem suddenly reappeared, please let us know and we will investigate it further.
