So would you recommend creating a separate form for images and then referencing them from the one with the payment tool?  Or putting them in the payment tool one and hiding them from display?

You do not need to create a separate form to use the uploaded images URL link.

Just copy the URL source generated when used the Image field and then use it as the image URL in the Payment field.

    Example:

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

Wouldn't it be better to have some kind of media store within jotform that was easily accessible?  I find it a bit weird having to upload something and then delete it, but it still exists somewhere inaccessible! Or does this repository exist and I just haven't seen it?

Also, how would I delete an image, or do I have unlimited storage of images?

    Hi,

You can storage the images in your own server or cloud, if you upload the files in a form, your upload space limit will be reached and then you will have to delete the files.

    Hope that helps.

Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.

    Regards.

Sorry for the confusion, unfortunately images once uploaded to the form can not be deleted.

The form is not intended to actually have the images uploaded and saved on it, but instead to be referenced over URL instead.

However if you do not have a hosting that you can use, we would suggest using this global pool where images are stored.

If you would like to be able to remove or change the image, my suggestion would be to upload it on your own website or some image hosting, depending on your preferences.

I do apologize, after replying back I see that my colleague has suggested using the image field. In this case, it is possible to delete images.

To do that you follow these steps:

Do let us know if you have any questions and we would be happy to assist with the same and again, I apologize for the confusion.
