All my forms are disabled

All my forms are disabled for some reason, please help.

Hi,

Your account was suspended due to the login form and the signup form with a password phrase you have created. Note that we do not support login forms here or any forms with email/username and password combination. This violates our terms as it's considered as phishing forms. I have now deleted these and re-activated your account. You can now login. Kindly refrain from creating such form to avoid account suspension.
