Upgraded my account and you still disabled my forms.

    Received an email to upgrade or have forms disabled as I reached my submission limit. I upgraded to Bronze and just received an email stating that my forms were disabled.  Please reactivate them immediately.

    Thank you for contacting us. I have checked your account, joeball, and I can see that it was upgraded to Bronze. 

    I have also checked the forms on that account and none of them were disabled. 

    However, when I checked your account I can see that there are forms shared with you and those forms were disabled because the account(Free subscription) where the forms were created had reached its limit for accepting payments. I'm just wondering if that is the account you were supposed to upgrade and not the joeball account.

    Kindly confirm this and please give us more details. We will wait for your response. Thank you.
