HI,
My form is still not emailing to my account.
My hosting has asked for the ip address of outbound mail from Jotform so they can test more.
It is going through to webmail fine in gmail account.
Thanks

I believe that you are referring to your JotForm titled "iParking Malaga Airport Booking Form". As I checked your JotForm, I see that there are 3 notifications are set for this form. I notice one notifier is using SMTP email address to send notifications and the other two is using JotForm's default email address. The notifier using SMTP email address as sender address is causing the issue and the two other notifications are being sent successfully from our end.
It seems that there is an issue with the SMTP settings of the email address being used. Please check the SMTP settings from your account settings page and see if that helps.
Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

I've been running through our servers firewalls trying to find the IPs and emails from Jotform without success, which could suggest they are not reaching us for some reason. They would have to provide us the log details in order for us to pin point where they are actually getting blocked, if they are.

At that point, you can find the latest list of IPs from the link below:
http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
To make sure, please also whitelist following addresses:
amazonses.com
email.amazonses.com
noreply@jotform.com
In addition, you can find the specific IP of the submitter by following the method from the below:
I hope this ones will work for you. Please, let us know the results.
Thanks.
