form or code doesn't work in wordpress pages

Hey, have a website on wordpress,, and the form I created doesn't work any more ,, however, it seems to work in a "pop-up" page I created with the same code-link.. Not sure why the same code-link doesn't work in a page.  Even the Jotform button in the page editer doesn't work,,, when you click on the jotform button to addd a form,, nothing happens...

Please get a fresh code of your form, follow this guide that was just recently updated.

First,, the "guide" does not say anything on how to get a "fresh Code" for my form....

Two,, I am using the plugin in my wordpress .. But it doesn't work.. I see the "jotform button" in my page editer,, but when I click on it,, it does not do anything at all.. It suppose to pop up a list of my forms but it doesn't do anything .....  I tried un-installing and re-installing the plugin and still doesn't work.. 

It use to work but not any more.. So why does it not pop up a list of forms when I click on the button??

I also tried to past the code in "text" page editer,, and it does not work either.. 

so I do not know how to fix it being that the plugin in my page editer does not do anything when you click on it to pop up a list of your forms...

I checked your page and the form does show, though it does not quite fit.  Try replacing your current embed code with the iFrame embed code:

You would replace this code:

<script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/51541823932151">

With the iFrame code.  It tends to work more smoothly than the regular script embed.

If you continue to have trouble with your form after making that change, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

I did get the form to work,, had to keep clicking on all the publish buttons in the form,, under "more",,,,   bot now the "SUBMIT" element at the bottom of the form does not work.. I see it in the form editer,, but does not show up in the form it-self on my site.. So now I have to try and fix this....

Also,, both of the "image up-load" plugings in the form editer doesn't work either.. It keeps trying to "load" but nothing happens... so now I'll have to Re-think of a way for my customer to up-load images of there repairs within the form,,,, being that now of the ones in jotform editer does not work...

I'll try the code you provided to see how it works..

Michelle, I would recommend you to delete and add again the upload field. You can also look in the Widgets menu for an alternate upload widget.

Thanks,,,  I re-added the up-load image,, and seems to work. Some reason the form doesn't want to work within the web page, so I created a link with a pop-up,, to clink to open form in another window.
