Account cancellation

    Greetings,

     

    I need to know how I can cancel my service. Please understand that we signed up for your service for a one time project use. The project has now been completed and the data has been collected. The use of your service was everything we needed. There was never a moment when we were disappointed, however, for budget reasons, we will need to discontinue service as there is no need for it within our company. Thank you so much for your service and understanding. Please advise.

    Hi,

    I checked your subscription and it has indeed been cancelled.  You will retain your paid user benefits until December 27th, 2016.  At that point you will be automatically downgraded to a Free account and no longer billed.
