How to increase the file upload size ?

I have several forms that require my staff to upload their paradox and it
is stating that the file is too large and its not large at all so I'm
trying to figure out if I can make the capacity for uploads larger.

You will be able to increase the limit size for uploads  in your form, however, this space is used from your account and you can get a out of space message, then you will have to delete some submissions in order to get free space.
