but the domains of our forms is a concern.

Some domains are form.jotform.com and some are form.jotformeu.com

We've moved are data to the EU servers, so are the form.jotform.com forms hosted correctly?

Thank you for your fast response.

I see that, when you open your submissions with https://www.jotform.com/submissions/42813074418958 , you can't see your submissions.

You can use https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/42813074418958. At that situation, you will see your submissions properly.

Please, check your submissions and if you see blank submission, please let us know. We will fix it immediately.

That's great - we're using the eu domain for login all the time now, so are not seeing any empty submissions, except for the daily emails. I did log a post about this a few weeks ago but haven't had any more news.

Presumably, development are working to change the daily digests so that the data is taken form the eu domain?

    Regards,

    James

I am glad that the suggestion of my colleague works for you and that you can now find those runaway submissions James :)

Now, we always suggest opening a single thread per issue and reading above, I see that you already have done so.

Issues about daily digest emails have already been raised to our developers here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/706984

In regards to the eu.jotform.com, forms/jotform.com and other variants, I see that my colleague is replying to you on your other thread about the same: http://www.jotform.com/answers/719446 and he will explain it all for you there :)
