Using mobile responsive option that looks good on PC

Next problem...
I see there is a way to make the form mobile friendly...
But that creates a problem.
The mobile style looks bad on computers.
Does this mean I have to publish two firms on my site? One for mobile and
one for PC's?
That's going to be confusing to our customers.

Can you Bob, please give us the link to the page where your form is embedded to see what happens?

Usually you would have only one form and it would resize / restyle itself so that it works and looks great on both mobile devices and PCs so I presume that the form is limited by width causing this to happen.

Once we see the form on the page we would be able to give you a more precise reason why it happens as well as help you resolve the same.
