Behavior of Submit button

How can I prevent the form from being submitted if the user presses the enter key after filling a field

I see that you have added a confirmation checkbox at the bottom of the form. This is the only way you could stop it from happening. For as long as all the required fields are filled, hitting the enter key will submit the form.
