Our users are getting certificate errors on our secure forms, what should I tell them?

This is the error our users get when they go to our secure jotforms. You can click continue to this website but when it says "not recommended" what should we do?

Answered by fxr on February 01, 2012I am unable to replicate this problem on IE7, IE8 or IE9.
Our SSL cert appears to be reporting fine for https://www.jotform.com
When does it happen? When the form first loads or after you press the submit button?
Is the same issue also happening on this link to your form using our other SSL cert? https://secure.jotform.com/form/92594445598

When was this reported?
I do suggest using our prefered secure server: https://secure.jotform.com
