Do you mean to accept the payment information after submitting the form? If so, you may consider to setup the payment setup on a separate form and can be redirected by using Thank you page Custom URL method.

However, you'll also need some more fields like name, email address to be added to the payment form and sent to it by pre-populating the fields to identify which customer has made the payment.
As I check your JotForm, it looks like that you didn't want to charge the customer upon submitting the form. In this case, you may enable Authorization only option from the Payment field properties.
This enables the user to authorize the payment so that you can charge the customer later from PayPal.

click submit redirect to my paypal payment account with the $ amount the
client select on the form so they can pay end the amount will show on
paypal account automatic, How can I make it work ?

Ok. In fact the PayPal integration with JotForm works in the same way. When the form is integrated with PayPal, the form will be automatically redirected to PayPal so that the form filling person can login to his PayPal account and make the payment as per the option selected on the form. Once the payment is successful, the user is asked to redirect to the Thank you page. I've cloned your JotForm to my account and have integrated my PayPal sandbox account. Please see the test submission below :
