I am creating a petition form and would like for the names and school districts of signers to appear at the bottom is a type of chart or spreadsheet which allows viewers to be able to sort by school district.

If you want to add the list of signers from previous submissions, unfortunately it is not possible to do that on JotForm. However, you can add "E-signature" widget to record the submitters' signs.

To do that, you can follow the guide from the link below:

    http://www.jotform.com/blog/70-Announcing-E-Signatures-for-Forms

For further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response, but can you please take a look at this form and let me know how they went about including this submission chart on the face of the petition?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have checked the form you shared us and I found that the user did it using the IFrame Widget and embedding a Grid Report.

This is the link to the IFrame Widget : http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed

And this is the link to the guide to create a grid report : http://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-create-a-Grid-Listing-report

You should get the direct link of the report and add it in the IFrame widget.

This is the guide to add a widget to your form : http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

    Hope that helps.

Let us know if it works or if you need more help doing it,we will be glad to assist you.

    Regards.

Thank you - that was very helpful, but I'm still having a problem.  I added an Iframe widget to my form and created a grid report.  The report is showing up on my form when I preview it, however, when people access the form by clicking on the link, it does not work - you can't see the grid report.

Please advise. Here is the form:  https://form.jotform.com/Suburban_Consortium/online-petition-form-with-e-signatu

The reason the grid is not showing is because it is being loaded via HTTP within a HTTPS environment, this results in the browser blocking it.

Kindly change the URL to HTTPS i.e https://www.jotform.com/grid/53487508673063

This should make the grid visible now.
