How to add a DOB field to my Soccer Try-out form

I was trying to add a DOB field to my Soccer Try-Out Form. I noticed some people were able to add that to their forms.

I have a high volume of people using the form and I need to be able to make sure the month/day/year is consistent.

I am having a bit of trouble sorting out the data using the excel file due to the different formats people have used to fill out the form.

To achieve that you can use our DateTime field. DateTime field is located in Quick Tools tab inside of your Form Builder. With DateTime  field you can also set Date Format.
