Jotform and MailChimp Integration

    I have used jotform as our sign-in sheet in our art studio for a couple years now.  Whoever walks in the door must sign our release form (aka jotform) before they start painting.  Today, I linked my jotform with mailchimp so that we could capture the emails of our customers and send newsletters.  I linked them together and then tried a test form but it didn't seem to work.  How can I make sure it now works?

    In order to test your MailChimp integration, you will first have to Integrate your form with MailChimp. After you have integrated it, you can make a submission on your form to see if all the data is forwarded correctly to the list that you had selected in your integration.

    I'm sorry....when I said that I "linked my jotform with mailchimp" what I meant was that "I integrated them together".  Then when I said I "tried a test form but it didn't seem to work",  it meant that I "made a submission on my form to see if all the data is forwarded correctly".  And then I said that it didn't work.   :-)  SO I have already done these steps....and they didn't work.

    I inspected your "Generic Sign In form" and I could not find an active Integration with Mailchimp:

    Please provide us the form's url so we can investigate further this situation.

    I know I integrated it yesterday because right when it happened, I received 42 "New Subscribers" in my mailchimp account.  Can you check again?  Could it have started to integrate and then have stopped?

    Hello bubblesandbrushes,

    Can you please let us know with which form you are having this issue with?

    I also checked your last edited form "Generic Sign In Form" in your account and it is not integrated with MailChimp. Please check the screenshot below:

    I also check your other recently edited form "Reservation" and it is also not integrated with MailChimp.
