submission limits question for form "shared with me"

It just occurred to me that our organization may have a problem.  I have a form that was shared with me from another member of our organization. I have made it ready to share.  I used your method to increase my submission limits as we anticipate more than 100 applications when our form goes live.  My account name is:  mbrownstone

Here's the question.  Will my submission limits be applied to the form that was shared with me?  The form does not appear as "MY" form.   (we are making it go live on Jan 1, so this is time sensitive.) P

Thanking you in advance for a swift reply.

The Submission LImits of the Form will use the owner account of the form.

So, since it was only shared to you, your account limit have NO effect on that shared form (it was using the original account limits).

Hope this is clearer. Let us know how we can help further.

Is there some way that I can take ownership of the shared form as it will be important that we have capacity for enough users of the form?

We can move the form to your account by placing a request from the form owner's account. So that the form can receive the submissions as per the limit on your account. Or you may use our GetMore feature on the form owner's account to increase the submission count in that as well.

    Hope this information helps!

Do you mean that I should ask the form owner to make the request? Or that the request will be made from your end?  I will be eternally grateful if this can be solved.

Thank you. I look forward to your reply.

Yes, owner of the form need to make request for moving form from one account to another. They also need to provide us ID or name of the form and username of account to which they want that form is moved to. They can post  replay with request for moving form on this thread or they can open new thread

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
