I moved all my past forms to archive but on the iphone app they are still in the current pile is there a way to hide the archive from showing in the iphone app.. Note in attached photo the bottom forms are in the archive and show on the phone

I believe forms moved in the "Archive" folder can still receive submissions and notifications because they are still active, that is why it is still being listed in your JotForm mobile App's main list.

However, I believe what might be missing in the app is the list of folders like "My Forms", "Trash" , "Archive" and custom folders. Would that be something useful in organizing your forms in the mobile app? Let us know and we will send a feature request about this.

You are 100% correct.... the folders would make the desktop and app alike like all apps are.. currently everything together is a mess and difficult to work with... once we finish integration we will have 15+ current forms working and 20 in archive... folders will make managing all this easier..

Thank you for your feedback, let me send this as a feature request to our developers to help improve the mobile app. However, I am unable to guarantee that this will be implemented anytime soon. But rest assure that they will be aware of this and we will update you as soon as we hear any news from them.

Also, I'm not sure if you are already aware of this, but in the desktop view, you can add or group the forms in folders. You can check this guide on how to do this: http://www.jotform.com/help/204-How-to-Add-or-Group-your-Forms-into-Folders. However, those folders won't still show up in the mobile app.
