Is it possible to create a "drill down" dropdown menu where the results are compiled in the same columns?

I want to set up a drill down menu where the results show in the same columns.

For example: Car Make, Car Model, Car Year.
    User 1: Toyota, Camry, 2010.
    User 2: Subaru, Outback, 2016
    User 3: Toyota Corolla, 2014

I saw this early solution using conditions http://www.jotform.com/answers/66511-Drill-down-drop-down-boxes-or-similar

However, if I'm reading this correctly the results for each would end up in separate columns, rather than having a single column for car makes, car models and then year.

Is there another way to set this up in jotform?

    Thanks!
    Doris

P.S. I'm a long time Jotform user. I'm now at a new organization and trying to make the case for my department to adopt Jotform instead of our current survey software. The other software that does do drill downs (which we need), but lacks many other features I've come to expect from Jotform.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I think this widget will work for you as you need, you can find the Dynamic Dropdowns on this link : http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/dynamic_dropdowns

You can also find a demo form there, I did a test and this is how the info is sent :

You can clone the demo form by following this guide : http://support.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this will help you.

    Regards.
