Error message: Form not found. This form is disabled.

I'm also with this problem. All my websites which use JotForm are with the forms disabled. I've tried disable and enable them again but It doesn't work. I've already asked them a similar question about this issue.

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Cadastro Mister Ingresso" has fields like "Password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again. Do try to sign in to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

 

Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
