Error 404 code when adding order form to Facebook page

    Followed instructions for publishing my facebook order form to FB page and although everything works as per your support pages when we click on the tab we are presented with a 404 error message rather than our form.

     

    Please help.

    Hi,

    I have checked your Facebook page and I can see there are some errors due to mixed content, using secure URLs with non-secure URLs.

    I would suggest you to embed your form using the method provided on this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-
