My integrations aren't working on my forms all of a sudden...

I assume you are talking about Google integrations (docs and drive)

I just made my own tests by creating a new integration in both integrations without any problem.

Are the spreadsheets being modified (add more columns or rows)?  If that happens, let me tell you that it will definitely brake the integration.

My recommendation would be to rebuild the integration and test it one more time.
