Hello. I`m trying to download entry forms as PDF in groups of 20 at the time. this is difficult

Yes, you can download multiple submissions in PDF format, and they come out in batches of 20 submissions per PDF. When you click to download your submissions in PDF, you should see a popup describing that we can only create PDF files with up to 20 submissions per file:

Please click on the Start Download button to start generating the first PDF file of 20 submissions, and after a while the file will be generated and you will be prompted to download it.

Please wait for the first PDF file to be fully downloaded on your end, and then click on the Download Next Part button to start generating the next PDF file with another 20 submissions in it:

You will have to repeat this process of downloading one file, and then moving on to generating and downloading the next one, until all the submissions are downloaded in the PDF format.

If you instead want to have all submissions in a single file, then you will have to use either the Excel or CSV option instead. Please let us know if you need further clarifications or assistance, and we will be happy to help.
