[china.jotfor.ms] Styles not fully applied to the form

    Dear Sir,

     

    We find all the online forms in this url are not working properly, could not open

    I have checked the page you have linked to, and on it there are links to 11 JotForm forms - all 11 forms seem to be working fine on my end at this time.

    That form in your screenshot looks as if not all styles were successfully applied to the form. Due to your general geographical region, the styles and content of your form are served over our regional domain china.jotfor.ms, so this may be a regional issue.

    Since the form appears to load correctly at my end, could you please check again if it is loading fine on your end as well now? If you are still experiencing the issue, we will be happy to raise it to our developers and server admins. Thank you.
