This is promoted as a drag and drop format. Using Chrome & Windows 10 this drop and drag feature does not work. Any tips? I was using a cloned form. Decided that must be the problem.  Have made new tester forms.  Still cannot drag fields. Can only move up, move up, move up over and over and over again.  Irritating.  If I click, hold, and drag it only highlights the text I pass over.  When adding a new field it will only add to the bottom.  I have read through the forum and FAQ.  This is a common occurrence, and the only suggestions I see from Jotform support are to use Google Chrome.  I am already doing that.  Any other tips?

Also, if this drag feature worked, could I highlight multiple fields, copy and drag the copied group to a different area?

I checked the form builder on Windows 10 using Google Chrome and I am able to drag and drop fields without issue.  Are you unable to use the drag and drop features in FireFox as well?  The functionality does not work on multiple fields, however, you can use our "Manage multiple fields" tool to copy and re-order groups of fields:
