Auto Responder is not working

    referring to the Europe Cash Cycle Seminar Breakout Form: 

    I set up the responder to send survey taker their responses once they have completed the form, the test form will send to my email however, when I take the survey to test, the email never comes. Could yo look into this and let me know if there's something I am doing wrong?

    Hi,

    I checked your autoresponder and it looks to be setup to be sent from your address:

    Make sure your settings are correct for the SMTP:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    If you do not require the autoresponder to be sent from your address, change the sender email to "noreply@jotform.com".  That will send the autoresponder from our services and should allow for it to go through without issue.

    If neither of these solutions work for you, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
