I need to add multiple forms to my facebook page in apps

can you please help me add multiple forms on my facebook page please

I need to add several schools to register for our cheer clubs

I do not think this is possible at the moment. We currently have a ticket open with our back end team regarding this feature

Our team is till analyzing and working on how to get multiple forms in a Facebook page.

I have had 2 on my page before... and I can't remember how I did it..

I think one was static and one was embed or something..
