Hi, I have created a form in my account called November Expenses. This has 60 submissions and has around 52 uploaded pdf attachments. I have tried to download all these submissions but when I do, there are only 28 files that have downloaded. Can you tell me why this is happening please?

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just verified and when you try to download all your files. The zip file only contains 28 files. It seems that our team create a rule to only download 250MB at a time. I have created a ticket so the may fix this issue.
If you require this urgently, I suggest you use our download app

Once installed, you will be able to download all your upload files pretty quickly. If you require our assistance, please let us know. We will be glad to help

Many thanks for your reply. I did see the 250MB limit, but when the 28 files are downloaded they have a total zip size of just 1.9MB and an unzipped size of 2.2MB.
So I don't think that download file size is the issue.
Do you agree?

Hello Mark,
To clarify further, both file limits and file size limits are imposed.
Max no. of files to be downloaded: 250 files
Max File size to be downloaded: 250 MB
However, in your case, I was able to reproduce the problem. It only downloads a total of 28 files with only 2MB total size. I will include this on the report ticket.

By the way, you can also filter the submissions in the data grid by following this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF. This will allow you to download files by batch.
