[URGENT] Uploaded photos no longer available

The data from my form is used to create a web page and includes an image file uploaded by the user.  All has been working well since Jan 1 but some time yesterday, a number of the image files are no longer appearing on my web page.

When I look at the Submissions for the entries with the missing images, The images are not displayed there either and when I click the link to them I see a wae page headed "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded".

I have only used 2.96mb of my 100mb limit.

What is the cause of the badwidth exceeded message and why has this just started happening?

Please treat this as an urgent issue since my web site is not functioning correctly as a result of this problem.

I checked your form and most of your images are showing the Bandwidth Limit Exceeded message, there are limits that prevent abuse of downloads or views in your uploaded images.

Files with a size less than 10 MB could be downloaded/viewed 100 times .

Files with a size grater than 10 MB could be downloaded/viewed 10 times.

We can only restore your files once, and I would suggest you to use one of our integrations, such as Dropbox or Google Drive to host your files and share them using that link.

I've already switched on the FTP of the file to our web server. It would
have been really nice if this limitation had been made clear somewhere.
