Not redirecting to Custom Thank You Page after Worldpay payment.

Hi. I am having the same trouble with Worldpay. (TEST MODE)

IPN is added on Worldpay and checkbox is marked. (Using donation / custom amount).

However I don't see any result. Once the payment is complete, it goes to Worldpay's thank you page and not to JF's. No e-mails sent. Data is not stored on JF.

    Please advise.

EDIT: I'm sorry, it's my bad. There are 2 different configurations on Worldpay. TEST & PRODUCTION. Eventhough my Worldpay account is set to production mode, when Test mode is selected on Jotform, it overrides. So the IPN settings for TEST also have to have the correct IPN setting. This solves e-mail and submission storage on Jotform. Redirection to custom thank you page is still an issue.

Glad to know you figured it out. On regards of your concern, as far as I know, the Thank You Page does not work on Worldpay integrated forms. I will forward this to our second level to see if this can be implemented. If there is any progress on this request, you will be notified via this thread.

If you need anything else, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.

    Hi David,

I solved the Thank you page issue as well. I read through your forum and on nearly all pages it says it's not possible. A small checkbox does it all on Worldpay panel. You can let your other users know maybe?

On the Jotform integration panel, you show how to put it the ipn and the checkbox. There's another checkbox to be marked for this to work. Mention that there maybe?

    Enable the Shopper Response

There's another field "Enable Shopper Redirect" with a URL field and checkbox. That's no use. It's a meaningles field. If you enable it and put a final url and enable it, it places a button "Continue Shopping" at the confirmation page on WorldPay and redirects to the url you enter and that works on Mobile ONLY!

The actualy checkbox to be marked is Enable Shopper Response. That worked for me.

I am redirected back to Jotform page with no further setting to be made with all POST data present.

    Best,
    Bugra

Thank your for sharing that information to us. This post will surely help other users having the same problem. I have noted your findings to our developer assigned on this issue, that should help him further implement a more user friendly integration for Worldpay.

I have provide "Shopper Redirect URL" my websites home page URL and checked the "Enable the Shopper Response" but still not been redirected to the home page after the payment has been completed.

I'm afraid the Thank You redirect option is not yet officially supported when using WorldPay integration at this time.

I'm sorry to hear that the "Enable Shopper Response" workaround no longer works for achieving such a goal, but as it is a limitation from the WorldPay's end, it cannot be bypassed at this time from our end.

As mentioned by our colleagues, if this changes and such a functionality becomes available with the WorldPay payment field, you'll be advised. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
