    Problems with mobile devices and Jotform

    I have a new website up at grizzlyutah.com and grizzprints.com. I am using a jotform on both. The problem that I have found is when testing on a 2nd gen iTouch, iPad 2, and and Android phone that the orange button on the form that says "Chosse Your Photo" cannot be pushed on these devices. It works fine on computers with browsers such as Firefox, Chrome and IE but does not work on the mobile devices listed above. It would be so awesome if we could tap into the mobile market of people taking pictures with their devices and then are able to order large prints from them. The only glitch right now is that they cannot "Choose Their Photo". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The problem is related to the limitations of iOS and Android browsers. Please take a look at the following threads to get additional information on this:

    The possible solution is to use Opera browser for Android users, and iCab browser for iOS users.

    I tried both Opera and Icab... but it doesn't work !! :(

    Web-based file uploading does not work with iOS. Sorry about that.
