How can I delete files in my upload space?

As part of form testing I have put files in the upload space but they are eating what precious little space I have in the free account - how can I delete them?

Also, if I have linked my google drive and it is saving all submission data and documents there, is there any way to turn OFF the upload to the jotform servers so that I don't eat my limited upload space?

(I'm using this for a not-for-profit fundraising event and trying to be as efficient as possible)
