    Submitted without content. Sorry

    Form id=53552898871371
    URL: http://www.securitasdirect.pt/data/inquerito_satisfacao/index.html

I've asked some coworkers to test it, and it happened to them aswell.
So what is the problem with this form ? Too heavy ?

50% of the times, the form itself doesnt load. When it does, it takes a long time to happen

I have tried opening your webpage and the form using direct link which worked fine at my end. I was able to submit the form without any issues on both pages.

I see that the form is embedded using source code on your webpage. Though I didn't notice any console errors, I'm not sure if it is causing any conflicts with other scripts on your webpage which might cause this issue. Could you try embedding the form using iframe embed method to see if that works for you? Please refer to the guide below that can help you in getting iframe embed code for your JotForm.

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

It seems that there was a temporary issue with the forms which seems to be fixed now. It looks like this has happened with our EU based servers. Since you have the source code on your webpage, the form has been loading fine. You may try embedding the form normally and see if the issue is resolved. Please let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look again.

    Thank you!

    Thanks Klran!

Yes, i tested and its working fine now!
It's faster now, however i find the source code embed version faster to load!
I think ill keep the latter for final version, while using embed script src for developing phase.

    Thanks for your help.
