Are you still having this issue ?

Is it related to email notifications ?

Or is it related to conditions ?

Please, provide us more details and we will be glad to assist you.

    Regards.

Could you please provide us a sample change that you are doing?

If you are using HTML code, make sure to paste it in the HTML editor.

May I also know if you have copied and pasted the code directly from a word processor? The error you are getting might be related to incorrect HTML structure that you added in the thank you page.

Make sure you are using correct HTML tags.

    Hi,

I have checked your form, I can see you are using XML for your Thank You Messages, the format that you are trying to use could be designed with the Text Editor, I would suggest you to do it and then you may copy the code provided by the Text Editor, also, I think that is not possible to add custom CSS styles, using the <style> tags, you can only do it by adding the style property on the HTML tag.

Please, do let us know if after doing it with the default code provided by the Text Editor on the Than You page, you are still getting this issue.

We will wait for your response.

    Thanks.

Please do not open multiple threads in regards to the same issue.

I see that you currently have 2 threads opened, and as my colleague is working on a reply for you on the other thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/751002 please only reply to that thread from now on.

    Thank you.
