Can I choose which forms I want to be shown on each of my facebook pages?

I have created forms on jotform for two completely different businesses. I wanted the forms to be available on each of the businesses' facebook pages, but separately. I tried it, and all forms showed up on both pages. Do I have to create a separate account? How can I make this happen?

I have since deleted the jotform app from the facebook pages, because I don't want all of the forms for both businesses to be seen.

You don't need to create another account. You can create two forms in one account.
