Two mailchimp integrations in one form

Hi there, I need to have 2 MailChimp integrations for one form! By default the customer who submits a form gets into a MailChimp list that sends one email asking for a review or ours service. I have already achieved this! But I also want them (optionally) to be able to subscribe to our newsletter. So far it looks like I can only have one integration. Is there a trick to have two? (one for list A for the review (EVERYONE) and one for list B for the newsletter if the customer ticks "subscribe me")? Looking forward to your reply! Cheers, Chris
