How can I test if my form works ?

I have created my form, and I would like to test it.

And I would like to test how it works with my paypal account, how can it be connected with ?

Your form is already integrated with Paypal. But since you are using the Paypal Standard, you will be redirected to Paypal payment page after submitting the form in order to complete the payment process. 

If you would like to test it, you can enable sandbox mode. It's under the Paypal properties:

Or, simply put a 1 dollar test product to test it live.

Unfortunately I am not able to find this picture with my form. Where can I find those settings ?

Moreover, how will I be able to see who orders what on my form ? 
I would like to add a page, where the customer could enter his information (name, email adress, cellphone...) so if something goes wrong I can help him.
Or is it directly integrated in the Paypal sytem ?
