Hello,
Jotform is causing us many issues since the beginning, form entries are not forward to our email. (is not an spam issue)
Is there anything we can do.
Thanks

I have checked email address, that is set as recipient email of form you provided, inside of our email log and all Notifications were sent successfully.
You can also check the email logs for yourself on this link:
http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
I noticed that you are using your own Email Address as Sender Email. Maybe you did not not set your SMTP credentials right. Inside of this article you can find out how to to it:
http://www.jotform.com/blog/86-Send-Form-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address-JotForm-Now-Support-SMTP
You can also use noreply@jotform.com as Sender email address.
I would suggest you to check one more time spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
You can also whitelist JotMails IP Addresses:
