Hi,

Do you mean to say create a comment system that shows every users comments/reviews on your site using Jotform? If yes, there's a workaround for that by embedding the submissions data on your page.

So basically, you have to create a form on the form builder. Then use this app http://apps.jotform.com/app/submission_view so you can embed the submissions data on the format you like.
