Payment integrations: Ability to display subscription using a dropdown.

I am going through the process of having 50 possible subscriptions for a person going through the form I am creating.  One for each state.  Is it possible to either link the subscriptions to a choice within the form, or create a drop-down box to allow the person to choose the state subscription within the payment box?

If there's an easier way than how I'm trying to do it I'm all ears.  The different subscriptions are caused by a different up front fee for every state.  The subscription payment itself is only one of two amounts going forward, though.

i.e. - Missouri plan costs $85 up front and $75 annually, while the Kansas plan costs $160 up front and $125 annually going forward.  All other states would have different up front amounts and would be $125 annually going forward.

    Thanks.

    Tim

I checked our payment integrations and the only way to display subscription is with radio buttons, the default method, there is no a way to display them using a dropdown menu.

However, if you would like, we can submit a request, and see if it could be implemented.
