Can I setup a form that goes to Paypal or pay by credit card?

    can this be set-up so that it has a "click-to" for payment, that goes directly to the PayPal option, where they can also pay by credit card?

    You can use our Paypal Pro integration.

    Paypal Pro allows you to setup a payment form that would let your users pay using their Paypal account (redirect) or credit card (inline - no redirect). 

    You have to make sure that Paypal Pro is enabled in your account. You can contact Paypal so they can do this for you.
