Direct form link is not clickable when copied to a Wix-based website

Previously I asked about setting up a link on a web site and you replied promptly with information that turns out had been put in place already. what I have on the web site is the URL but when I put the cursor onto the address it doesn't allow me to link to that page, is this something you guys can help me out with or do I have to talk to wix about it? cheers Nick.

I see that you are referring to the earlier question in this thread. So as I understand it, you have already copied the form link and pasted it into your Wix-based website, but the link is not clickable.
