I removed PayPal integration button, should I still be getting this message?

I have checked your account and it is overlimit. As free user you have a limit of 10 Payment submissions and there is currently 10 Payment submissions on your account. Because of that you received email from Jotform that your forms well be disabled. 

Removing PayPal integration will not resolved this, because payment submissions are already received. 

However your forms will not be disabled, because downgrade is scheduled for 2016-02-01 and that is beginning of next month. For free users submission counter is reset to zero at first day of each month, so that will be also on 2016-02-01.
