What happens if I go over my monthly submission limit. Do you just bump up my plan automatically?

No, your account stays the same plan. So if your account is Free, then your account will stay Free even after you exceed the submission limit. However, your forms will be disabled once you have exceeded the submission limit. You will need to wait another month for the submission counter to reset to 0.
