Hi,
You have done a great job making something simple to use and effective.
Quick question is it possible to have a drop-down menu of recipients so the user could choose who it goes to? It's not a huge deal because I can always make four different forms, one for each employee.
How do I change the e-mail destination? Can I have clone it to four forms under my account, each one going to a different recipient?
Last - how long is the data stored? I have some privacy concerns for our clients.
Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your kind words.
As for your concern, simply follow the steps below to add an option to whom the email notification will be sent.
1. Add a notification email. Setting Up Email Notifications
2. Add a drop-down field to your form and input the options.
3. Then click on the Conditions button on your form builder.
4. Click on the Change E-mail Recipient condition.
5. Then simply input the condition for the form.
Example: If Send To: is equal to Person 1, Send notification 1 to jotform@gmail.com
6. Do the same to the other drop-down options.
Once this is set, your notification email will now be sent to the person selected in the drop-down menu.

A few other questions. Is it a way to integrate this more tightly into our website such as having our domain address? or maybe universaltravel1.jotform.com ?
Is it possible to not store the data on your server? I'm concerned about client privacy on what they upload.
Best wishes!
Eric

No, you cannot bypass the data from our servers. You can delete the submissions though, after downloading to your side.
