Problem with form showing different in preview and when published.

I have created a Reservation Form, I went into design and made the background black and font white.  When I goto preview, it shows different than how I set it up.  When I published, it showed the same as the preview.  What am I doing wrong?

Actually I don't think you are doing wrong. The problem is that, there is a background image conflicting with the background color you assigned.

I took the permission to clone the form and make a little change.

Here is the clone. Take a look and see if it is what you wanted to achieve.
