I just attempted to add a drop down menu to a form but the changes do not appear on the form after I hit save. When I return to the "edit form" page, the changes have already been made and saved. How do I edit this form?

Are you referring to this form, http://www.jotform.com/50824111398150?

If yes, can you describe the drop-down menu field that you would like to add and where on the form would you like it to be added, please?

If you can post a screenshot of your form builder after you have added it(even before saving it), then that would also be great.

Also, if you would like, with your permission, we can try to add it to your form directly, so we may also check and see why you're getting such issue.

We will wait for your response. Thank you.

I believe I was able to see what you mean, I tried adding drop-down fields to your form and it doesn't show when I previewed it. I have noticed that there are conditions on your form that have missing fields in it. I would suggest, you delete all those conditions before creating/adding new fields. There is a possibility that the system detects those newly added fields as the missing fields from before that is why it doesn't show on preview until you meet their conditions that you are not aware that still exist. On the screenshot below, you will notice that I didn't create any condition for the new drop-down field I have created, but there is already one for it. The field I have created replaced the missing field on one of the existing conditions.

Looking at your form after cloning it, I noticed that the ACP drop-down field is not showing unless you select "Leavens Moorpark" from the Ranch field.

It is possible that when you added that field, it replaced a missing field on one of the conditions.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
